We asked you to tell us: who are the next leaders in Connecticut banking? Who will be at the forefront of banking as we forge ahead? We have completed accepting nominations for the 2021 New Leaders in Banking Awards! We’re looking for the best of the best – the banking professionals who are blazing trails, accomplishing great things and will surely be at the top of the Connecticut banking industry in the years to come.

The nomination criteria was simple: nominees must be employed at a CBA member bank, be an outstanding employee, manager or business leader, and be making a notable impact within their financial institution and community. The key to a well written nomination is providing the nominating committee with specific information illustrating how the individual’s achievements have had a positive impact on their organization’s business goals or mission and how their volunteer time and dedication improves the communities they serve.
